In a WISP die, the die-cut sheet is assembled in a printing unit or a vanish unit.
Machines: Can be adapted to almost all types of known offset printing machines.
Productivity: Up to 8,000 sheets per hour.
Assembly: The assembly is achieved by removing the rubber canvas and mounting the cutting sheet in the same set-up or by use of quick-lock rails. A protective foil is adhered to the anvil roller to avoid damage of the roller. This process only takes approximately 20 minutes.
Note: Wisp is a pre-fabricated die-cutting sheet in hardened steel, hence there is no start package, start expenses, etc.
There is no need for self-adhering tape. You only pay for the wisp die-cut and the protective foil.
