Knife types: wink Danmark has a large selection of knives for paper, vinyl, PE, PP and other essential materials, when die-cutting self-adhesive labels.
Colour code system: The die form knives are marked with a colour code rendering easy knife identification. The gray coloured knife is intended for paper, the blue coloured for foils, and the red coloured is titanium coated for extra long durability.
Knife depth : This type of die-cut form is supplied with knife height of 7.0 - 8.0 and 12.0 mm. If a knife height of 23.8 mm is requested, we can make a plate laminated below a 12.0 mm knife.
All our steel band forms are laser-cut with small tolerances. Everything is programmed in cad-cam.
The delivery time for steel-rule dies is 2-3 working days. Urgent orders can be supplied from day to day, or even the same day.
