DEVA

The DEVA-adaptor makes it possible to use a 12 mm knife height.

Cutting machines: Suitable for Digel and Heidelberg which use 23.8 mm knives.

Problem solver: It is common knowledge that the traditional 23.8 mm wooden die constitutes a problem with regard to accuracy and knife assembly etc. Using the DEVA adaptor you can obtain more precise stamp forms, such as stamps used in the label industry. Following advantages are achieved:

• The stamp forms are manufactured with small tolerances and sharp joints.
• The knife height tolerance is as small as +/- 0.005 mm.
• The knife unit tolerance is less than +/- 0.1 mm.
• Assembly of the DEVA and adjustments of the die are carried out in less than 5 minutes.
• It is economical with regard to the daily die-cutting and the investment has a pay-back time of a few months.

As standard the DEVA adaptor is delivered with A3 and A4 die format for Digler, (other sizes are supplied upon request) and adjusted to Heidelberg wings and cylinders.
